- This Policy applies to anyone using our Services, including “Listeners” (trained peer supporters) and “Users” (people seeking support), and visitors to our website.

A. You provide directly
- Account & profile: name or nickname, email, phone, password, avatar, language, time zone.
- Application & training (Listeners): experience summaries, certifications (if any), training progress, assessment results, availability, rating/feedback.
- Session interactions: the content you choose to share during chat/voice sessions, plus optional notes, reflection prompts, and post-session feedback.
- Support messages & forms: requests, bug reports, survey answers.
- Payment & billing (if applicable): transaction info via our payment processor. We don’t store full card numbers.
B. Collected automatically
- Device & usage: app version, device type, OS, language, coarse location (city/region from IP), timestamps, feature usage, diagnostics, crash logs.
- Cookies/web beacons: on our sites for essential operations, analytics, and preferences. See Cookies below.
