1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Seen.
• You agree to provide a valid email address upon signup—this will not be shared with any listener.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account by:
  • Choosing a nickname instead of using your real name.
  • Using Seen’s voice encryption feature to modify your voice if desired.
  • Avoiding sharing personal information you do not wish to disclose.
• Account Sharing & Impersonation:
  • Each user must use their own account. Sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
  • Impersonation of any person, entity, or Seen representative is not allowed and may result in an immediate account ban.

2. Anonymity & Privacy

• Your name and email will remain confidential and will not be visible to listeners or other users.
• Your voice and gender will not be disclosed unless you choose to share them during the session.
• Sharing personal contact details (phone numbers, social media handles, addresses, etc.) is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension or banning.

3. Acceptable Behavior

To maintain a respectful and safe environment, you agree not to:

• Use offensive, aggressive, or discriminatory language.
• Engage in harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior.
• Request or pressure a listener to share personal information.
• Attempt to solicit money, services, or romantic relationships from listeners.
• Discuss explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content that could make the listener uncomfortable.
